Originally from small-town Rutherfordton, North Carolina, Marianne moved to Asheville to earn a Management and Economics degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Spending much of her life only a few short hours from Charleston, she has been visiting the area for as long as she can remember and was so excited to finally call it home! After pursuing a career in event planning, she decided to focus her attention to detail and passion for exceeding her clients' expectations towards real estate. Marianne finds great satisfaction in helping a client throughout the entire real estate transaction, and finds especial enjoyment in assisting first-time home buyers. "I don't think it will ever get old watching the transition from owning a home to being just a dream for some people, to the look on their faces when all the signatures are finalized at closing!" Outside of real estate, Marianne loves to play the piano, hike, and cook, especially if it's over a campfire next to her fiancé and real estate partner, Zach.
