Janice Adler is a true Charleston native. Born and raised in Hanahan, she has also lived in several other tri-county cities including Johns Island, West Ashley, and James Island. She has seen the growth in Charleston and knows what makes each area so special. After building her first home with a large national builder, she knew this was the industry to be in. Janice began her real estate career in July 2000, receiving her SC real estate license, and joined Centex Homes as an onsite sales agent. After a very successful 4 years selling on site, she earned her Broker’s license and went into sales management. Janice was a General Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and VP of Sales and Marketing for almost 15 years before deciding to go into general brokerage and opening her own office. Janice said “I wanted to take all that experience to help others, whether they are buying or selling a home. Home buying and selling can be stressful and fun at the same time. My job is to make it as easy as possible so they can truly enjoy the process.” In her free time, Janice enjoys watching her two boys play basketball and walking her 2 Yellow Labs.
